Still wondering how to access the Gym? Want to enjoy the privilege of being a UniMe student?
Step 1: Registration
- Register yourself on SSD Unime webpage
- Follow the instructions in the link sent to your email to create your own password
Step 2: Make a Medical Certificate for the Gym (in Italian: Palestra) or the Swimming Pool (In Italian: Piscina). There are two ways to make this:
- Medico di base (Family doctor) (you need to have an Italian Health Insurance Card for this, check how to do it here) OR
- Specialized doctor for sport (For example: Dr. Francesco Petralito or Dr. Giorgianni Pietro). It costs around 20-30 euros for one certificate that is valid for a year.
Step 3: Go to the GYM secretariat (Any of the 2 locations: Location Annunziata or Location city center) with your Codice Fiscale and Medical Certicate.
Step 4: Complete the registration procedure, pay 10 euros to the Secretariat (5e for annual registration fee and 5e for the chip)
Step 5: Access the link to book your slot each day. Student can only access the gym once per day.
- In Categoria: Choose Fitness (for the Gym) or Piscina (For swimming)
- In Servizio:
+ For Fitness: Choose Sala Pesi Cittadella (Location Annunziata) or Sala Pesi Pal. Mariani Studenti (Location city center), click cerca and click on the calendar to book your post
+ For Swimming pool (only at Location Annunziata): Choose Tutti servizi, click cerca and click on the calendar to book your post.
Important note: You can cancel your slot 1 hour before. If you book and do not show up twice, you will be blocked from booking for 30 days.
